Product Information All of our linen bags can be hand washed or machine-washed in cold water on gentle cycle. Please hang dry to prevent too much shrinkage. Allow 5 % shrinkage after the first wash. Use non-chlorine stain removers only. Do not bleach. Payment We accept all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) whether or not you have a PayPal account. Georgia residents will be charged 7.00% state sales tax upon checkout. Shipping and Handling We ship within 3 business days of order placement. Note that this is the date when your orders leave our store. If there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified immediately. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail 2 – 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will send you an invoice on a separate email with a link to make your payment through PayPal after you are happy with the shipping rate quote. We will ship international orders via US Postal Service which is the most cost effective shipping rates. Process and shipping time varies by your location. Returns Policy Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Merchandise must be in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the receipt. Please email us at orders@jaturon.com with the word “RETURN” in your subject line. Please also provide the reason for your return, and we will send you a return authorization number and the address to send your returned order. The return authorization number must be written clearly on the package. Items must be shipped in original package and be insured for the full value of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your return package is traceable and requires a signature upon delivery.
